1. Who we are

EziCode is a design studio for garment print files. These terms apply to ezicode.com and to the EziCode connector in ChatGPT.

2. Your account

You sign in with Google. We read your name, email and picture from Google and nothing else. You are responsible for what happens under your account, and you can delete it yourself at any time from the account page.

3. Your artwork and rights

You may only upload artwork you own or are licensed to print and sell. By ticking the box at sign-up you confirm this for everything you upload. We may disable a design and block its artwork when we receive a valid rights notice.

5. Buying print files

A purchase buys the print files of the version that was saved when you pressed Buy. Downloads stay open for 7 days. Editing a design afterwards does not change what you bought; buying the edited version is a new purchase.

6. Mockup renders

Every account has a monthly allowance of mockup renders. A pack adds renders that do not expire. Designing, the quick look while editing and downloading print files do not use a render.

7. ChatGPT connector

ChatGPT can create, edit and preview designs in your account once you connect it. It cannot buy, download or delete anything. You can disconnect it at any time from the account page.

8. Takedown

If you hold rights in artwork used without permission, send a notice from the takedown page. We disable the design, block the artwork and tell the account owner.

9. Liability

Print files are provided as they are. You check them before you print. To the extent the law allows, our liability for a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it.

10. Changes

When these terms change we publish a new version and ask you to accept it before you continue. The version you accepted is recorded with your account.
