II. Payment and Refund Policy

2.2 No-Refund Situations: Refunds will not be provided under the following circumstances:
a. Once work on the project has commenced, refunds will not be granted. In such cases, clients may be eligible for partial refunds based on the work completed and the expenses incurred up to that point.
b. If the client breaches the terms of the contract or project scope, resulting in project termination or additional costs, refunds will not be granted.
2.3 Refund Process: To request a refund, clients must submit a written request to our company's designated contact. We will review the request within a reasonable time frame and, if eligible, process the refund within 30 days.

3. Project Termination

3.1 Client-initiated Termination: Clients may request to terminate a project at any time. In such cases, the client will be responsible for any outstanding fees, expenses, or work completed up to the termination date as specified in the contract.
3.2 Company-initiated Termination: In rare circumstances, our company may need to terminate a project due to unforeseen issues, non-compliance with the project scope, or other reasons. In such cases, clients will be refunded any unused portion of their payments, excluding expenses and work completed up to the termination date.
